Instructions
Heat a skillet over medium heat and add olive oil.
Add diced onions and cook until soft, about 3 minutes.
Add minced garlic and cook for another 30 seconds.
Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon.
Season with salt and black pepper, stirring well.
Serve hot with your favorite side dish.
Notes
