Ingredients
  

Chicken Salad Base

  • 2 cans canned chicken drained
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise adjust to taste
  • 1/4 cup celery finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup red onion finely chopped
  • 1 tsp lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1/2 tsp salt or to taste
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper freshly ground

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, add the drained canned chicken and shred it with a fork.
  • Add the mayonnaise, celery, red onion, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
  • Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined.
  • Serve chilled on sandwiches, crackers, or over a bed of greens.
